Secretary/Back Office (m/f/d)

We're looking for a supportive hand to back our back office. A well-equipped office & a great team are waiting for you. If you're missing something, we'll order it right away. With your support, our goal is to achieve the best possible result for our customers.

Prerequisite: On-site presence at the office in Düsseldorf's media port. Working from home is not possible for this position. In principle, daily working hours can be arranged flexibly within a framework.

This position is initially advertised as a mini-job (10 hours per week), with the option to switch to a part-time job later on.

Tasks

• Organizational and administrative support for the secretariat and back office
• Coordinating appointments and meetings
• Management of office supplies and supplies
• Communication with internal and external partners
• Postmanagement, digitizing and forwarding letters
• Sort documents and paste them into the correct folders
• If applicable Accounting support

Qualification

• You have 2 - 3 years of professional experience
• You speak & write fluent German
• Create error-free emails
• Confident use of Apple's macOS operating system - Your MacBook will be your daily work device
