This position is initially as Part-time work (20 hours per week) advertised, with the option to switch to full-time employment later.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects in the area of online marketing
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
• Team management and collaboration with various departments to achieve project goals
• Monitoring and controlling the budget for each project
• Managing our own team of world-class designers and developers.
• Development and implementation of efficient processes in coordination with management
• Proactive and strategic support for our clients' project successes
• Together with the team, you ensure the success of our clients' projects by providing proactive and strategic support.

Qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a project manager in the area of online marketing
• Profound knowledge in planning and implementing digital projects
• Experience in serving SME customers and winning new customers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
• You prefer to start the day with a clear structure of your tasks
• Very good German and English skills
• You are also ready to continue your education to become an even better project manager
