Working Student (m/f/d) - Sales/Customer Advisor

We are an up-and-coming company based in Düsseldorf's lively media port, which specializes in customer-oriented solutions. We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-oriented working student (m/f/d) in the area of sales/customer service. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position could be just right for you.

Please note: This position requires physical presence in our office in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. Unfortunately, a home office option is not available for this position.

Tasks

As working student in the area Sales/customer service you will:

1. Process inbound leads and pre-qualify inquiries to identify potential customers for the sales team.
2. Conduct cold outreach activities, including cold calls and cover letters, to unlock new business opportunities.
3. Process customer inquiries and concerns and provide professional advice.
4. Enter and maintain data in our CRM software.
5. Work closely with our sales team to achieve goals and increase sales.

Qualification

We have a few expectations for the position that you should meet:

1. You are enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as business administration, sales, marketing or a similar subject.
2. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable with telephone communication and written outreach.
3. You have a proactive attitude and are able to work independently.
4. You're familiar with CRM software or ready to learn it.
5. You have a positive attitude and the ability to deal professionally and patiently with customers.
6. You're already using macOS or are ready to learn and get familiar with using a MacBook.
