For Nomad Publishing, we designed the “5-day challenge” and implemented it on Webflow — a campaign that exceeded all expectations with over 5,000 registrations and more than 300 new customers and achieved an outstanding return on investment.

Nomad Publishing, led by CEO Tom, shows people how to build a sustainable income with books on Amazon. The focus is not on traditional authors, but on individuals who want to create a location- and time-independent creative side income. The mission: to give participants the motivation for the journey ahead through early successes.

From DIY WordPress to a professional conversion machine

Nomad Publishing already had a very successful video course, but faced a common challenge: many customers failed to implement what they had learned. To solve this problem, the idea of a live challenge was born. The previous web presence, which was self-built on WordPress, was not up to this demanding project and offered only limited possibilities in design and functionality.

A landing page that builds trust and converts

Instead of an overloaded page, we created a clear and aesthetically pleasing landing page in Webflow that appears more modern and fluid. With a professionally produced video, strategically placed trust elements, and compelling copy, an environment was created in which the target audience felt immediately engaged. The design reflected the high quality of the offer and directly contributed to the conversion rate.

A strategic funnel setup for maximum results

The landing page was just the first step. We designed the entire user journey: from the free registration and an attractive upsell for a VIP package, all the way to the thank-you page. Every element was optimized to activate participants and prepare them for the main offer presented at the end of the challenge. This well-thought-out funnel was crucial for the high upsell rate – one in five participants booked the upgrade – and the large number of new customers.

Design as a success factor: More than just a beautiful exterior

The design was not an end in itself, but a central success factor. It wasn't just about fonts and colors, but also about custom graphics and animations that perfectly showcased testimonials and screenshots. The result was a holistic and high-quality experience that excited participants and contributed significantly to the campaign's success.

Efficient collaboration: fast results without a meeting marathon

A highly efficient, asynchronous process replaced time-intensive meetings. All communication was handled via messenger and a project management tool, which enabled direct feedback and implementation in near real-time. With only four meetings for the entire project, the tight deadline was met and an outstanding result was achieved.
