It lacked clear user guidance, professional copy, and a trust-building structure to digitally reflect the brand's credibility and quality. For “The Taste Symphony,” we have created a digital home that focuses on the essentials: the clear communication of a premium product. The aim was to develop a high-performance, visually appealing and easy-to-use website in Webflow that does not require complex “blatant features.”
Innovative system architecture
We chose a modern, decoupled architecture that cleanly separates the website's frontend (Webflow) from the underlying data logic of the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). The website itself was implemented in Webflow, while interactive core functions such as the "3-step process" and the B2B inquiry forms were developed as a high-performance custom JavaScript solution for an optimal user experience. A Node.js application hosted on Vercel acts as an intelligent interface between the systems, securely processing and forwarding requests. The foundation of this architecture is Microsoft Dynamics 365, which serves as the central "Single Source of Truth" where all product, customer, and lead data are maintained in one place.
Fully automated processes through two-way synchronization
The core of the platform is the fully automated data exchange, which eliminates the need for manual work. On one hand, changes to products (e.g., new cocktails, descriptions) in the CRM are recognized by the middleware and automatically updated on the website via the Webflow CMS API. For internationalization (Webflow Localization), new text content is automatically translated via the DeepL API. On the other hand, when a "Bar Analysis" request is made on the website, the middleware transmits all qualified data in a structured format to the CRM, where a lead record is automatically created. This automates the entire process, from the initial inquiry to internal sales assignment.
An inquiry process that converts
The focus was on an intuitive and qualifying inquiry process that meets the premium standards of The Taste Symphony. Instead of a simple "contact form," we developed a user-friendly, multi-step "Premium Serve in 3 Steps" process. This allows B2B customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers) to specify their needs precisely. All options are directly linked to the CRM. For this first-class and dynamic user experience, central UI elements were developed as a custom solution that intuitively guides the user through the qualification process and maximizes the conversion rate.
