We have created a digital presence for the Maria Hilf Hospital that reflects the company's values - competence and humanity - leaving a professional yet approachable impression on patients and potential employees.

A new structural concept

The Maria Hilf Hospital realized that the old website no longer met the information needs of its users. Therefore, they asked us to express their values and range of services in a new digital structure. We developed a holistic relaunch concept that not only reflects the long-standing medical experience but also emphasizes the forward-looking vision as a modern employer. The result is a presence that is both patient-oriented and authentic and clearly demonstrates the hospital's commitment to the region.

Clear focus on employer branding

Our idea for the relaunch is based on the clear separation of “patient” and “applicant.” A main focus was on the “war for talent” in the health sector. We have designed a modern, independent career area that is familiar and innovative at the same time. It perfectly reflects Maria Hilf's values, benefits and goals as an employer.

A uniform digital presence

To make it easier for users to differentiate between the different main areas (medicine, patient information, career), we have developed a clear visual guide. Each area has a unique appeal, but fits into the overall appearance. We have ensured that the brand image is consistent and thus ensured that every user, regardless of their concerns, always has the feeling that they are communicating with the familiar and reliable Maria Hilf brand.

We have taken up the existing color palette of the hospital (G) and interpreted it in a modern way to digitally reflect Maria Hilf's values and vision. It creates a uniform visual identity across all media and platforms.
