Our idea for the relaunch is based on the clear separation of “patient” and “applicant.” A main focus was on the “war for talent” in the health sector. We have designed a modern, independent career area that is familiar and innovative at the same time. It perfectly reflects Maria Hilf's values, benefits and goals as an employer.

A uniform digital presence
To make it easier for users to differentiate between the different main areas (medicine, patient information, career), we have developed a clear visual guide. Each area has a unique appeal, but fits into the overall appearance.
