The Starting Point: Premium Experiences, But Outdated Processes

Track days, ice drifting in Lapland, exclusive motorsport experiences on Europe's best racing circuits – the European Speed Club offers a premium world for car enthusiasts. But behind the scenes, the daily reality looked very different.

The team had grown significantly. But with growth came an enormous amount of manual work. A booking came in by email – and then the typing began: transferring data to Excel, checking availability, verifying prices, manually entering everything into the CRM.

When two customers booked simultaneously or someone made a typo on an invoice, stress was immediate. This doesn't match a provider selling such exclusive experiences.

The goal was clear: A system that simply works for the customer and takes the manual labor off the team's plate.

The Challenge: Webflow and Dynamics 365 Don't Speak the Same Language

Webflow is a powerful tool for modern websites and marketing. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an enterprise CRM for customer management, invoicing and process control.

The problem: Both systems don't natively fit together. There is no native interface between Webflow and Dynamics 365. For companies that rely on both systems, this typically means: manual double work or expensive workarounds.

For the European Speed Club, neither was an option. We needed a solution that seamlessly connects both worlds – stable, in real time and without compromises on user experience.

Our Solution: A Three-Layer Architecture

Webflow as Frontend

The website runs on Webflow. The marketing team can manage texts, images and content themselves – without involving developers. At the same time, the site is fast, responsive and search engine optimized.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 as Backend

All customer data, bookings, invoices and capacities live in the existing CRM. Dynamics 365 remains the central data source.

Custom Node.js Middleware as Intermediary

The heart of the Webflow Dynamics 365 integration: A custom-built middleware that sits between the frontend and the CRM. It translates data in real time in both directions.

How It Works in Practice

Live Calendar with Real-Time Data

The event overview on the website shows dates directly from the CRM – live and up-to-date. When an event is fully booked in Dynamics 365, it automatically disappears from the website.

Smart Filter Logic for International Guests

Since many guests fly in specifically for events, we integrated a departure airport filter directly into the website. This saves the team countless emails about travel planning.

Guided Booking Process Instead of Email Ping-Pong

Today, the customer goes through a guided process directly on the website. They can customize their package:

  • Bring a Special Guest
  • Add professional racing coaching
  • Adjust deductible with the SB3000 option

Automatic Processing in the CRM

The booking doesn't just land in an inbox. Our middleware receives the individually configured packages, validates them and stores them cleanly in Dynamics 365.
